- - How to make reservation with Euor Khmer Voyages?
    Easy ! Just 4 steps to make your reservation complete by
    1.) choose your favorite package tour or sightseeing by our top menus or quick search option
    2.) select our traveling date and book
    3.) short fill up your information datail and choose payment term option
    4.) finally, just click comfirm your booking, all finish
    
    How do I know period and space available on a trip?
    after you choose the holidays that you wish to make reservation, then you just check the period display on our site, its mean space still available for your reservation.
    
    How do l know my reservation confirm or uncomfirm?
    After your finished your booking, our team will confirmed back for your booking confirmation via your mail address that you have completed fill in booking form immidietly. So, please make sure your mail address and phone number or fax number that fill in are valid in use and not spam.
    
    What can I do with my reservation?
    you can do as you want with your reservation by following our booking condition detail.
    
    Who will join with my trip?
    all of traveler come from around the world will join with your trip. So some time, you will join twin sharing accommodation with other friend difference nationality.
    
    Who will help me to do visa?
    Euro Khmer voyages offer the trip note for your reference and visa application information in each trip, you can find the reference in your interested trip. traveler recommend need to apply visa at embassy in their own country before departure if posible.
    
    Can I apply visa on arrival?
    Yes, but depend on policy of each country that you interest to visit, you should read our visa application reference in each trip note.
    
    Are flight include?
    the price disply on website or quoted request are culculate base on price "land only", the resason of arrival difference flight destination, traveler have recommend to arrange international flight from and to their country by them self. Domestic flight were included in the package price in some program as mention in inclusive and exclusive of each program.

- - How can I choose the tours or holiday trips?
    We have many tours style for your choice such as classic tours, excursions, advanture trips, cruising trips, and so on. We're not sure which tour style or trip right for you. So please refer to our tour styles and find out the right for you.
    
    How difficult or easy of my tour?
    it not mean all trips are difficult, you can found how physical your trip in each travel trip.
    
    Do we have tour leader in our trip?
    No. we are land operator in our destinations, so we need to reduce the cost of tour leader to ensure your price were competitive and best available for your trip budget. But even you have no tour leader, we offer you the best local guide who speaking your languagese.
- 3. Accommodation use in our trip
- - How about accommodation use in our trip?
    Euor Khmer Voyages offer its traveler with standard catagory accommodation with aircon, bath room included inside etc. for our history and culture tour styles, but some trips you need to stay at guesthouse catagory becasue of those provinces or destination not yet improve services quality for tourism sector.
    You will also experience with homestay, local house in the local village communities if you choose trekking holidays, cycling holidays and 4WD adventure holidays. Ensure that, those homestay or local house will not like westen standard in your homeland, it's can shaing bathroom, no bath room attached in room, you also will arrange to stay at pagoda or campt tent as well. You can also visit our accommodation type before you book the tour you interested.
    
    Can I book request for single stay?
    Yes, but not mean can apply single stay for all of tour style. You can found the reference in our travel tips of each trips, becasue some tours, you need to joint sharing twin with other friend traveler, need to join big room accommodation during at homestay or pagoda.

- - Any meals include in the trip?
    you can find out our tour inclusive and exclusive condition mention in each trip detail. Some program are included with fullboard and some are free & easy just only american breakfast in hotel were included.
- 5. Documentation and process of check in flight at airport
- - Any documentation do I need to use before check in at airport in my homeland?
    Yes sure, you need to have following docurmantation
    - a valid passport in 6 months
    - 2 photo 4x6 for visa application if you wish to apply visa on arrival
    - any visa approval to apply visa on arrival of any strict destination, ensure you can get visa on arrival approval letter.
    - air ticket departure and return back to your homeland if you do arrange flight by your self or from your travel agent.
    - you will need to fill the immigration form out of your country before check in at the counter of airline that you will flight.
    
    What document do I need to use when I arrive airport or border?
    when you arrive at the airport of each destination, you will need to fill in immigration form of each country for immigration stamp application entry the those country. If you need to apply for visa on arrival, you need to fill in the complet of visa application form with your photo. You also need to easy complete of custom form and healthy checking form.
    
    Where can i find my local guide or driver?
    after your immigration, then your local guide and driver are waiting for you at outside of the hall or each teminal gate or floor noted in your air ticket information. So you need to make sure your teminal arrival information are well provide to Euro khmer Voyages team when you make booking.
- 6. Prepare and pack before your trip
- - Should I bring my suitecase allong with my trip?
    we strongly recommend no need to bring your suitecase along with you as some time you need to carry on train, local public bus or boat. Easly, backpake laguage are recommended.
    
    Can I keep the suitecase or laguage at the store of first hotel?
    We not suggest you keep your belonging or suitecase at your first hotel, becasue we mostly not back to stay at the same hotel or back to the same destiation. so that why we recommend you should not take your suitecase along with you during trip.
    
    Do i need to pack sport cloth for my trekking trip?

- - When is the best time to travel?
    Actually, we design our itinrearies by selected the best time of year round if at all posible. Euro Khmer not run the tour with imposible period. example, during low of water in dry season, we not run tour by using boat trip on Tonlesap Lake . But all of those just reason for your comparing your tour style, then is up to you and can choose one of the dates that we have planned.
